In order to return an item, please print out and fill in the attached customer return form. Please include this in your package and return your item to:

Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order
to request a full refund. Please post the unused items back to us in their original
condition and packaging. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the
post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked method.
Once your items are received, we aim to refund within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let
you know when the refund has been processed, or when a replacement product has
been dispatched. Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges but you are welcome to re-order the correct item once the refund has been made.
