Cancel Order (insert order reference number)

It is very important that you include the word " Cancel" in your email Subject, together with the order reference number. This can be found on your order confirmation email and follows the format:

If you fail to do this, then your request might miss the cancellation window.

In the email body, please briefly explain the reason for the cancellation.
